ESTERS NEIGHBORHOOD PUB

The name Esters comes from the fermentation process of beer making; they are the fruity flavors produced during the process that can vary in taste and aroma between pears, apples, bananas, or other light fruits. This idea was layered into the design by using colorful, bright banana yellow and light fixtures in varying shades of green throughout the space to relate to the notion of where the name came from.

Located in an indistinct shopping center located in the Virginia Village neighborhood, Esters focuses on serving the families, friends, sports fans, professionals, and entrepreneurs of the community. The existing restaurant kitchen, bar, and patio were repurposed to create a design aesthetic that is clean, open, bright, and inviting, which has created an elevated, comfortable, and vibrant space for the community.
