Well respected Architect firm located in LoDo is looking to fill for a full-time Front Desk/Office Admin position. We are looking for a key player to be part of our team!
Office Coordinator - answering phones, keeping the office tidy and organized in the common areas, Kitchen area, set up meetings and prep for meetings in the office, event planning, library organization, travel arrangements, scheduling/calendar for the office, collecting and delivering mail, office equipment light maintenance, supply orders, assist the office with general needs and various errands.
Marketing- Assist with printing and assembling booklets, marketing tracking and weekly updating, RFP reviews, proofreading and general assistance to the marketing manager.
Light Bookkeeping- Assist with expense reports, pay invoices, track office expenses, manage project set up in ArchiOffice (Project Management software), help analyze and update monthly job reports, and general assistance to the business manager.
Assisting Partners- coordination of schedule, help with meeting and presentations, typing up meeting minutes, booking travel
Skills: Office Suite, Photoshop, In-Design (not mandatory) Attention to detail a must, team player, resourceful and enjoys taking care of everyone!
Full-time salary with benefits and perks!
