SEAMLESS EXTERIOR
The exterior seamlessly integrates the facility into the local environment of the north Fort Worth area while still remaining recognizably a police station to the passerby.

DESIGN FOR EXPANSION
The site was chosen with the future building and parking expansion in mind, as well as to decrease response times for the northern region of the city.

COVERED BREEZEWAYS
Covered breezeways with perforated metal paneling provide security and relief from the intense Texas sun.

OPEN FLOOR PLAN
The floor plan was designed to be as open as possible to ensure that both the department and the community would feel welcome and connected.

COMMUNITY POLICING
The concept of community policing is integrated throughout the design, with large office windows and open work spaces intended to provide accessibility to the Chief and other personnel.
