Adam Harding, AIA, LEED AP

Over the past eleven years, Adam has taken a holistic approach to practicing architecture, proactively seeking both personal and professional development. Adam leads by example by acting as an IDP supervisor, a mentor to CU Denver students and colleagues, and acting chair of the AIA Colorado Emerging Professionals Committee. At Roth Sheppard, Adam has grown into a leadership role, leveraging his personal growth to encourage unity throughout the office and facilitate successful collaboration and growth with colleagues, consultants, and clients.

He has a thorough understanding of the components that are required to create municipal, commercial, residential and retail environments that are as functional as they are aesthetically pleasing. His experience on projects like the Denver Art Museum gives him the expertise to provide the overall team management and leadership skills from project startup to completion. His ability to listen, understand and work with team members will allow all stakeholders the opportunity to contribute to the process in a meaningful way. He works side by side with owner teams, construction teams and communities to make sure that all needs are met, and the process moves forward as smoothly as possible.
