This restaurant, located in historic downtown Morrison Colorado, is designed to fuse an old world dining experience with a contemporary interior. The menu supports this juxtaposition with traditional dishes from Prague that have been refined and reinvented to relate to the Western Mountain Region and the local culture.
Dark woods, hand painted murals, a stone fire place, and distressed wood floors combine to create a traditional and familiar memory. This visual is layered with contemporary lighting, a wood screen ceiling and walls, sleek booths and linear interventions to inject a sense of ‘newness’ into an otherwise familiar interior.
