This fast casual restaurant is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional open-air food market, where linear displays of produce stimulate the senses and create a dynamic and spirited atmosphere of controlled chaos. Salads and flatbreads are prepared in front of you, creating a physical and emotional connection between chef and patron. This connection is refined and enhanced by the overlapping linear volumes representing the ‘Tectonic Kitchen’ and ‘Organic Dining’.

Clean interior lines, curved forms and a color palette of whites and cool blues provide a crisp, contemporary backdrop for the fresh ingredients on the menu. Euro style seating explores the boundaries of communal and personal space by extending a continuous 85-foot-long banquette along one wall and into the exterior courtyard. This reinforces the space’s linear quality while visually deemphasizing the boundaries between inside and out. Sleek chairs, bamboo tables, circular skylights and minimal design moves combine to give this space its streamlined, environmentally sensitive appeal.
