Kaffe Landskap

“Roth Sheppard Architects, made the core of what Landskap represents shine through. They found amazing wall/floor tile, they designed fantastically beautiful indoor/outdoor furniture, and they developed a bar layout that makes our baristas happy. We are grateful that we had them as partners for this project.”

—Thomas Tjarnberg, Owner, Kaffe Landskap

‘Kaffe’ & ‘Landskap’ are Swedish words that individually translate to ‘coffee’ and ‘landscape’. When paired together, they engender the notion that this café is directly connected to the land. The feeling of being in Kaffe Landskap is an atmosphere of Fika – a Swedish cultural attitude that encourages us to take pause, enjoy, and socialize.

Kaffe Landskap’s Denver flagship location is just north of the Union Station train tracks, at the southwest corner of the Coloradan building. Views of the RTD railway and Union Station are the dynamic backdrop to the ‘kaffe’ experience. The space is open and airy, seamlessly blending the interior market-like atmosphere with the urban exterior environment.

The design aesthetic of Kaffe Landskap is a modern- yet-playful composition of a simple palette of materials intended to create a sense of warmth, comfort, and balance - the perfect place for Fika.

The brand includes three locations in NYC and roastery in Brooklyn that was re-envisioned and refined for the Colorado market.
